The Bürkle UniSampler with lance is the ideal solution for the precise, safe and flexible sampling of liquids in laboratories and industrial settings. It was developed to meet the highest standards of purity and user-friendliness. Thanks to its infinitely adjustable telescopic lance, liquids can be taken from a defined depth quickly and efficiently, without the risk of cross-contamination. Whether on site or in the laboratory, the hand-operated vacuum pump enables mains-independent use, and the supplied accessories ensure immediate readiness for use. As the sample only comes into contact with the suction hose and the original sample bottle, reliable analysis results are guaranteed.

The sampler is supplied complete with sample bottles, a universal adapter and safety seals for standard-compliant, documented sampling and maximum flexibility of use.

How to use the product

Set the desired sample depth by moving the suction lance.
Attach the adapter to the sample bottle.
Lower the suction lance into the medium.
Create a vacuum with the hand pump and collect the sample.
Remove the filled sample bottle, close and label.

The replacement hose for the Bürkle UniSampler is a flexible PVC tube that serves as the suction and delivery line of the vacuum sampler. This hose can replace the original one when it becomes worn or contaminated, ensuring consistently flawless, cross-contamination-free sampling. Its diameter is precisely matched to the UniSampler pump and suction weight, allowing for a tight and secure connection. The PVC material is transparent, enabling visual monitoring of the sample flow. The hose material is chemically compatible with a wide range of liquids – from water samples to light chemicals. With the replacement hose, the maximum suction height of approx. 5 m is maintained, meaning the UniSampler can continue to collect samples from deep or hard-to-reach areas. The smooth inner surface makes the hose easy to clean and rinse, which increases reusability.

The large neck opening of the wide neck bottle makes it easy to fill, remove and empty. The liquid-tight screw cap ensures safe transport and storage. The wide-mouth bottle is made of PP, which is highly resistant to chemicals and can be autoclaved.
