To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be performed under the same conditions. The depth stop for samplers is a useful accessory for this purpose. The depth stop can be clamped to the sampler at any height using a C-clamp screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time. The penetration depth is fixed and can be accurately recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling.

Typical application area of the product

The depth stop for samplers is useful in applications where sampling parameters must be accurately determined and defined, such as incoming and outgoing inspection of bulk materials that may segregate.
How to use the product

Simply place the depth stop for samplers on a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm (0.98 or 1.97 in.), and tighten it using an Allen key (5 mm (0.2 in.)).
