The Bürkle UniSampler with lance is the ideal solution for precise, safe and flexible sampling of liquids in laboratories and industry. The sampler was developed to meet the highest standards of purity and user-friendliness. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable telescopic lance, liquids can be taken from a defined depth - quickly, efficiently and without cross-contamination. Whether on site or in the laboratory: the hand-operated vacuum pump enables use independent of the mains, while the accessories supplied ensure immediate readiness for use. As the sample only comes into contact with the suction hose and original sample bottle, reliable analysis results are guaranteed.

The sampler is supplied complete with sample bottles, universal adapter and safety seals - for standard-compliant sampling, documented safety and maximum flexibility in use.

Sampler for liquid samples from a precisely predetermined depth, with manual vacuum pump. Sampling by means of a vacuum pump has the advantage that the liquid only comes into contact with the suction hose and the original sample bottle.

Suction hose for replacement

The replacement hose for the Bürkle UniSampler is a flexible PVC tube that serves as the suction and discharge line of the vacuum sampler. It can replace the original hose when it becomes aged or contaminated, ensuring flawless, cross-contamination-free sampling at all times. The diameter is precisely matched to the UniSampler pump and suction weight, allowing for a secure and tight connection. The transparent PVC material enables visual monitoring of the sample flow. The hose is chemically compatible with a wide variety of liquids—from water samples to light chemicals. With the replacement hose, the maximum suction height of approx. 5 m is maintained, allowing the UniSampler to continue collecting samples from deep and hard-to-reach areas. The smooth inner surface makes cleaning and rinsing easy, which improves reusability.

The large neck opening of the wide neck bottle facilitates filling, removal and emptying. The liquid-tight screw cap ensures safe transport and storage. The wide neck bottle is made of PP and is chemically resistant, non-sensitive and autoclavable.

The sampler was specially developed for sampling flammable liquids of hazard class AI (VbF, e.g. petrol). The glass bottle and hose are electrically connected and earthed via an earth cable.
