The OTAL^® foot pump with PP delivery tubes is a reliable, flexible and cost-effective pump for filling liquids.

Various delivery tubes with different diameters and flow rates are available to meet specific requirements.

The PP delivery tubes offer good resistance to weak acids, alkalis and detergents. The outlet can be turned up to prevent dripping.

OTAL^® hand and foot pumps are compact universal pumps for filling and transferring from containers and drums. Established in the market for more than 70 years, the pumps are known for their easy handling in daily use.

The drum and container pumps operate on the air-over-pressure principle. Only the delivery tubes come into contact with the liquid, which ensures a wide range of chemical resistance. Depending on the model, the tubes are made of PE, PP, PVDF or stainless steel. In this way, a wide variety of liquids can be filled quickly and easily.

To ensure proper operation, the pumps must be mounted in an airtight container. Repeated actuation of the pump ball creates an overpressure in the container, which drives the liquid out of the container through the delivery tube. The liquid flow is pulsation-free and steady and can be stopped immediately by the air release valve without any after-running.

OTAL^® hand and foot pumps are extremely robust, durable and of outstanding quality. They can be used to transfer and fill acids, alkalis and aqueous solutions from larger containers to smaller ones easily and cost-effectively.

The universal plug allows the pump to be used with all common containers without the need for a threaded connection.

The telescopic dip tube is height adjustable and can be shortened if necessary. This ensures optimum residual discharge so that filling can be carried out from 220 liter drums as well as from smaller canisters.

The OTAL^®foot-operated pump with PP delivery tubes is ideal for use in industrial applications such as the chemical industry, food processing, wastewater treatment, laboratories and many other areas where small or large volumes of liquid need to be reliably filled.

If necessary, adjust the universal plug to fit the opening diameter of the container.
Fully extend the telescopic tube.
Insert the telescopic tube and universal plug into the container and push them together to form a seal.
Close the stop valve.
Position the discharge elbow over the filling container.
Actuate the pump ball and build up pressure. Liquid will now flow.
To stop filling, open the stop valve and release the excess pressure.
After filling, turn the discharge elbow with the opening facing up to prevent liquid from dripping.
