Zone sampler for liquids
With the Bürkle zone sampler for liquids it is possible to take samples from three different sample depths.
In liquids and emulsions particles can deposit or segregate. In result there are several different layers of composition that need to be sampled to obtain a representative cross-section of the material content.
Due to the practical transport basket the samples can be taken directly into the sample bottle.
The Liqui-Zone-Sampler is easy to clean, provides highest degree of chemical resistance and is suitable for foodstuffs, because the media only comes into contact with the sample tubing.
PE or PTFE sampling hose can be adjusted to required length and as an inexpensive accessory be replaced easily.
The Liqui Zone Sampler is ideal for sampling liquids in drums, tanks, lakes and ground water.
The electric operation enables fast and comfortable sampling in larger quantities.
Three peristaltic pumps are drawing the media; the pumps are also suitable for substances containing particles. Suction depth up to five meters is not a problem. The output volume is up to 2.0 l/minute for each pump.
The suction pressure of the vacuum pump can be up to 0.5 bar and reach a suction depth down to 4 m.
