The LiquoFill fillers were specially developed for exact metering and filling of fluids of all types. LiquoFill is handy especially in small series, as the purchase of a stationary filling station designed in large series is often not profitable.
The metering and filling devices are used in production sites and laboratories for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical products, paints as well as in the food and beverage industry.
LiquoFill is ready to operate, simple to handle and easy to clean. The fillers can be mounted on the table using a fastener or screwed directly on to the table; they are portable and therefore usable at different places.
The fill quantity can be calibrated precisely and continuously using an adjusting nut, without any tools and can be read at a display.
The adaptable hand lever facilitates use by both right- and left-handed individuals.
Parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel V4A (1.4404/1.4571), springs V2A (1.4310), PTFE and FCR (Fluorocarbon rubber). Housing made of aluminum, protection hoods made of stainless steel.
Different filling nozzles (Ø4/3 mm - Ø16/14 mm, with/without sieve) facilitate individual filling of diverse containers such as bottles, tubes, nozzles, crucibles or glasses.
Volumetric piston meter with manual drive. The fillers with manual operation can also retrofitted with the pneumatic drive.
Housing dimensions: LxWxH 690 x 150 x 350 mm.
When ordering, please state the material to be filled. We will test the chemical resistance. Please always indicate the desired size when ordering filling tubes.
