Up to three point samples from different depths of a liquid can be taken with the Bürkle zone sampler for liquids.
If particles separate in liquids or emulsions, if the components de-mix or they form different layers, then sampling from various depths and areas is necessary to obtain a representative sample.
With the handy carrying case, the samples can be emptied directly into the sample bottles.
The Liqui zone sampler can be easily cleaned, it has good chemical resistance and is suitable for food, because the medium only comes into contact with the hose. The suction hoses made of PE or PTFE can be adjusted to the required length and can be replaced any time as cost-effective accessories.
The device is ideal for use with barrels, tanks, wells, waste water plants and water purification plants.
The manual zone sampler for liquids is operated with a vacuum pump.
If the earthing cable is used, the Liqui zone sampler can also be used for flammable liquids.
The vacuum pump can reach suction of 0.5 bar and therefore has a suction height of about 4 metres.
Attention! Make sure to pay attention to the “List of Chemical Resistance“!
