Up to three point samples from different depths of a liquid can be taken with the Bürkle zone sampler for liquids.
If particles separate in liquids or emulsions, if the components de-mix or they form different layers, then sampling from various depths and areas is necessary to obtain a representative sample.
With the handy carrying case, the samples can be emptied directly into the sample bottles.
The Liqui zone sampler can be easily cleaned, it has good chemical resistance and is suitable for food, because the medium only comes into contact with the hose. The suction hoses made of PE or PTFE can be adjusted to the required length and can be replaced any time as cost-effective accessories.
The device is ideal for use with barrels, tanks, wells, waste water plants and water purification plants.
The electrical version of the Liqui zone sampler is equipped with a drive unit powered by re-chargeable batteries. This provides flexibility and means independence from the mains power.
The electrical operation guarantees fast and comfortable sampling of larger quantities. Three peristaltic pumps draw in the medium. The pumps are also suitable for media containing particles. A suction depth of five metres can easily be reached this way. The delivery rate of each pump is 2 l/min.
